Crazy Confections

Finished Size: 64” x 80”

I didn’t have to use a pattern for this quilt.  I used Be in My Bonnet 10×10 Crazy Paper (https://amzn.to/4hECzaI) from Riley Blake.  After squaring up my finished blocks, I created offset rows to give the quilt an even scrappier look.

Pantograph Used: Adena from My Creative Stitches https://www.mycreativestitches.net/adena-edge-to-edge-2/

Skill(s) needed:  I think this is a good quilt for beginners.  It allows you to work on your ¼”  and you can easily square your blocks which will make it easier to assemble your quilt.

Tips: The busier the prints you use, the easier it is to camouflage typical beginner mistakes.

(I strongly recommend purchasing your sewing machine from a local store that offers repair services. However, if you don’t have a local store, you can buy it online from Amazon (https://amzn.to/4hujsjN) or other retailers. )

Note: I am a firm believer in supporting local business…especially quilt shops.  There are so few left and more are closing all the time.  I include these Amazon affiliate links so you can easily see what products I used and because not everyone has a quilt shop or fabric store close by.  Even if you do, they may not carry everything you are looking for.  In addition, these links help support my channel and website so I can continue to provide you with great content.
